What is the 6-petal diet?

The 6-Petal Diet has a beautiful name that unknown people associate with flowers. In fact, each petal of chamomile is a day of a certain mono-diet, that is, the use of only one specific type of product is understood.

Thanks to this nutrition system, you can lose weight quickly and easily. We happen to eliminate 500 g per day, and the results of 2 cycles will be impressive - about 7 kg.

The essence of the diet

The 6-petal diet was created by Anna Johansson. He is a renowned Swedish nutritionist. Weight loss food system approved by the Dietetic Association. Studies have shown that people lose 500 grams a day and sometimes up to 800 grams. At the same time, his overall health remained good.

At the end, additional medical examinations were carried out on the volunteers. The results showed that the health of the program participants improved. In other words, the 6-petal diet not only helps you lose weight, it also strengthens your body.

The duration of this course is 6 days (hence the name of the diet). The basic principle is separate nutrition, thanks to which the slimming effect is achieved. For 6 days, you need to adhere to different mono-diets - one per day. The sequence should not be broken, as it is an alternation of carbohydrate and protein days.

In one day, you will have to eat foods that belong to the same food category. The order is as follows:

  1. Fish Day.
  2. Vegetable Day.
  3. Chicken day.
  4. Grain day.
  5. Day of the curd.
  6. Fruit Day.

To avoid consuming more calories than necessary, you should measure portions of food every day:

  • fish - no more than 500 grams;
  • vegetables - up to 1. 5 kg;
  • meat - up to 500 grams;
  • cereals
  • - up to 200 g;
  • cottage cheese - up to 500 grams;
  • fruits and berries - up to 1. 5 kg.

Anna Johansson suggested making a 6-petal flower on which to write mono diets to keep you motivated. Hence the name associated with the plant, although in fact flowers and herbs are not used. You can hang a homemade chamomile in a conspicuous place and look at it whenever it is likely to break. Pulling out a petal every day makes the hunger strike much easier.
